Your privacy
When you get in touch
Youri Felix receives the name, email, company, project type, and message you submit. These details are stored in a private studio inbox to respond to your inquiry. When email alerts are enabled, these details are also sent through Resend to Youri’s private email inbox. They are not added to a marketing list.
Portfolio statistics
This site records page visits, sections viewed, film opens, teaser plays, and social-link clicks. Statistics include the referring website or campaign source, device and browser category, and approximate country, state or region, and city when available. We do not collect GPS coordinates or store raw IP addresses or full browser identifiers. A random identifier lasts for your browser tab’s session. We do not use it to identify you by name.
When the hosting network cannot provide a state or city, our server looks up a shortened network address in a copy of the DB-IP location database hosted with this site. We remove the last part of IPv4 addresses and retain only the first 48 bits of IPv6 addresses before this lookup. No visitor data is sent to an external geolocation service. Results are cached for up to 24 hours under a daily salted hash; expired entries are removed as new lookups run. Locations are estimates and may reflect a network provider or VPN.
Analytics respects your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Activity records are retained for up to 90 days, with older records removed as new activity is recorded. Signed-in owner visits are excluded.
Other services
The full showreel and some films play through YouTube after you open them, which receives connection information when its player loads and may use its own cookies. Instagram, TikTok, and other external links follow those services’ privacy practices. The background preview and short-film teasers are hosted on this site.
Private studio
Studio sign-in uses an essential, secure session cookie that expires after eight hours. Passwords and session tokens are never included in public pages. Login attempts and analytics requests are limited using temporary, salted network-address hashes.
Contact
To ask about your inquiry or request its deletion, use the contact form. A daily salted hash of the network address is used to limit form spam; the raw address is not stored in the inquiry database.
